  • Can I register multiple Accounts?

    Nope,you can create ONLY ONE account. We don't allow multiple accounts as such from the security/safety point of view and other reasons. If you really need multiple accounts then contact us first with a genuine reason or explanation for the same. If it looked reasonable we will make an exception for you.
  • How to change/update Account Username or Email?

    Unfortunately, account username or email can NOT be changed or updated. Please choose an ideal one when you register the account.
  • How to create a campaign from my Dashboard?

    You can create a campaign order following below steps: ① Open your dashboard and find [app & Keywords] button on the sidebar. ② Add your app and keywords. ③ Back to dashboard and choose the service you want. ④ Select the country you want to promote in [Google Play] or [app Store]. ⑤ Specify the day and the number of installs. ⑥ Select the [Delivery Type]. ⑦ Start the promotion by pressing the [Start Promotion] button.
  • How to manage my campaign from my Dashboard?

    You can manage all your campaigns at my orders (login required) from your dashboard. https://asoworld.com/my/orders
